| The mound lies in the vicinity of Akziyaret village of Sanliurfa province. It is located 1.5 km west-southwest of Akçahisar turning on Sanliurfa-Hilvan motorway. There are pistachio groves around the site. Soil taken from northeast section of the mound and it is partly cut by a dirt road. It was observed and documented during TAYEx 2001 Southeastern Anatolia region [TAYEx 4.9.2001]. |
