The first 10 m from the entrance is covered with depression rocks and other parts of the main chamber are covered with mud. There are no flowstone formations inside the cave. The total length of the cave is 75 m and its depth is 25 m. No archaeological relics have been found on the cave floor of Bezirgan Cave. Bezirgan Cave is inhabited by a small colony of Rhinolophus euryale, Rhinolophus hipposideros and Rhinolophus ferrumequinum (total of 34 bats) during the winter period. Approximately 20 individual Miniopterus schreibersii were recorded in a crack at the entrance.
