Location: Located on a high plateau; about 30 km southeast of the Kepsut District; it lies between the former and new Kepsut-Dursunbey roads; 3 km east of the Sarnic Village. The stabilized road deviating from the Dada Village on the new Dursunbey road passes by the Sarnic Village. The cave can be reached by tractor or walking only.
Geography and Environment: It was formed within the Jura-aged crystallized limestones or marbles. It drops into a -8 m vertical shaft. It consists of a narrow gallery alongside a fault. There exits a thick debris pile at the bottom. A joint cave; which was developed vertically; Dedekirantepe is dry in all seasons as it is an abandoned fossil cave.
