| It is situated behind the Kirklar Mountain, south of the provincial center of Tunceli. It was inscribed onto the bedrock on the left side of the entrance in a rock-cut chamber at the Kaleköy Fortress. No transcription is available as there are missing parts. It is probably a cult inscription. |
