It is a steep fortress rising near the Mazgirt District of Tunceli. The first rock grave is on a low hill across the southern part of the fortress. It has a single chamber that measures 2.5x1.7x2.3 m in dimensions, with a good masonry and western entrance. It is accessed through a gate with a threshold height of 0.28 m. The second grave is situated at the center of a single rocky mass on the western end of the fortress. It has a single room with a regular plan and good masonry. It is accessed through a gate which can hardly be reached. It measures 1.7x1.45x1.3 m in dimensions. It is reached by climbing the stairs, of which the lower half is collapsed, through the front side of the rock. |
