| During the surveys conducted by M. Özdogan in 1982, presence of a fortified Iron Age settlement at Manastir Mevkii of the Kuzulu (Koyva) Village in the Istranca Region was reported. The fortress probably was part of defence system related with Adakale, Kaynaklar Kale and Polos Kale which have been previously discovered. |
