Presence of double dolmens, partly destroyed, are known on the side of the pathway near the Karagöl pit, 2 km southeast of the Vaysal Village. They were investigated during the surveys conducted under the direction of M. Özdogan and recorded under no. A 4/31 a and b in the publication. S.A. Kansu also published 3 dolmens in a distance of approximately 1 km at Karagöl Mevkii, 4 km southeast of the Vaysal Village. It was visited by E. Beksaç during the survey in 2006. The south section was destroyed, therefore the actual plan can not be identified, but assumed to contain a single room [Beksaç 2008:72]. |
