It is a 30-35 m high hill in the Kaleönü Quarter, approximately 1 km northeast of Bingöl. There are Iron Age remains on the hill. The surrounding wall of the hill in the northern section of the plain was built by laying 1.5 m thick large stones on top of each other. It has a rectangular-like designed central building, roughly 29x39 m in dimensions. Presence of at least eight structures adjacent to each other and divided by walls with 1 m thick stone foundations are observed on the northern section of this building. Due to the intense cultivation, architectural remains and surface can not be surveyed properly. The surface ceramics are not very intense. The pottery are of wheelmade except the large storage pots. The fine sand tempered and pink pastes are slipped in the same color as they were in Cankurtarantepe and Zulumtepe, probably using the same clay pits. It was like an accomodation center.
