It is situated on the hill on which the Kale Village leans against, 11 km south of the Mazgirt District in Tunceli. The rock grave includes two rooms easily accessed with an entrance from the south resting on a rock's skirt to the south of the fortress. The main room measures 3.64x2.5x5.87 m in dimensions, and the 1.20 m high gate is accessed by climbing the steps. This is a 1.4 m deep and 2.75 m high enclosed area covered by a vault. The vault starts at the door height and it is divided by the fascia it composed alongside the lower three edges. The inscription of Rusa II is on the western wall of this area. The main hall is accessed by a stepped gate both in the inside and outside. Two fasciae measuring 3.2 m in length divide the main hall on the ceiling. The resulting square area was enclosed by pole tips imitating wooden architecture. The side room is accessed by the gate piercing the east wall. The side room measures 3.4x2.15x3.66 m in dimensions. The grave was generally built with an elaborate masonry. |
