It was discovered in 1995 during the Survey of the Edirne Province conducted by B. Erdogu. It lies approximately 1 km south of Hasköy on the eastern bank of the Süloglu Stream. Majority of the material collected belongs to the Classical Period. Also found are foundation remains and architectural elements from the Classical Period as well as a limited number of material dating to the Late Bronze Age and Early Iron Age.
