It is an inscription of a fortress rising above the Güzelhisar (Avni) Village in the Pasinler District of Erzurum. However, it was, later on, taken away from the fortress, and used as a grave stone after adding a cross motif on it, and then used as a stone on the wall of the village's mosque. Inscribed on a stele, it is, at present, exhibited at the Museum of Erzurum. It is from the reign of the Urartian King, Sarduri II Yazıtın Urartu Kralı II. Sarduri Dönemi'ne ait olduğu anlaşılmaktadır. The decipherable part of the inscription reads as follows; "... life (?), expelled him because of .... significance(?). Sarduri, the son of Argishti, the mighty King (and) Lord of the city of Tushpa."
