Sherds dating from the EBA were recovered scattered in and around of Arsemeia; a Roman settlement; northeast of Adiyaman Province. It is one of the findspots attesting that the foundation of the ancient cities dated back to EBA. It is located in the National Park of Nemrut; in a position overlooking the valley which reaches from the Kahta Stream to the north; Malatya. It takes place in the registered archaeological sites list prepared by Ministry of Culture and Tourism.
