It lies 1.5 km southeast of the Armutlu Village in the Çelebi District of Kirikkale. It measures 200 m in diameter, and 13 m in height. It was discovered during the "Surveys Conducted in the Central Anatolia" in 1990 under the direction of S. Omura. Sherds from the EBA, MBA and Iron Age were collected from the surface. |
