It is situated within the boundaries of the Safali Village, 11 km northwest of the Çiçekdagi District in Kirsehir. Lying on the slope of a river, it measures 8.5 m in height, and 76.5 m in diameter. It was discovered during the Kirsehir Province Survey conducted under the direction of S. Omura in 2001. Based on the surface finds, it seems that it had been inhabited during the 3rd and 1st Millennia BC. The EBA finds consist of straw tempered, poorly baked monochrome sherds and a foot shaped terra cotta object. It is listed among the registered archaeological sites by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism.
