Located 2 km to the north of the Büyük Burunagil Village in the Hacibektas District of Nevşehir, it is a mound consisting of a wetland on the eastern and western sections. It measures 40x50 m in dimensions, and ca. 30 m in height. With an oval plan, white and flattened stones are observed on the very steep and higher slope of the mound, which indicate remains of a fortification. Sherds from the Early Bronze Age, the Middle Bronze and the Iron Age settlements were collected from the surface. It was visited during the survey conducted by A. Türker in 2013. Türker stated that the mound is 488 m in diameter and 25 m in height. EBA sherds are in low density. However, IA, Hellenistic and Roman sherds are common. On the east and south edges of the mound, remains of wall (or rampart?) built with large white worked stones were seen. A round spindle whorl that could be dated to IA (or Roman Period?) was found [Türker 2015:234-235].
