| It is 467 m high above the sea level, 2 km south of the Kulu Village of the Suluova District to the west of Amasya. In addition to the Late Chalcolithic Age, EBA I-III, MBA, and LBA settlements, presence of a Middle Iron Age settlement was documented based on a single find. It is the fragment of an undecorated jug with an exterior thickened rim and a round body. A similar fragment was found in the early phase of the building level III at Masat Höyük. Besides that, sherds of Early Iron Age paint decorated pottery were also found. It takes place in the registered archaeological sites list prepared by Ministry of Culture and Tourism. |
