It is a small mound to the west of the Kurtkulagi - Ayas road, 3 km from Yeniköy, 29 km south of Ceyhan, southeast of the provincial center of Adana. During the Cilicia surveys in 1951, sherds, obsidian and fragments of terracotta figurines were collected from the surface of the mound, which houses settlements from the EBA until the Roman Period [Seton-Williams 1954:131-173]. |
