It is situated at the south entrance of the Nacarli Village, east of the Tarsus District, northwest of Adana. A test excavation was conducted by the Tarsus American Expedition team. Sherds from the Chalcolithic Age and Iron Age were collected. However, no detailed information was provided about the finds [Seton-Williams 1954:165]. It takes place in the registered archaeological sites list prepared by Ministry of Culture and Tourism. |
