It lies on the northern end of an old swamp; northwest of Biyikli Village; north of Dösemealti (Yeniköy); northeast of the Karain Cave; on the second terrace of Antalya; north-northwest of Antalya Province. It was discovered by J. Mellaart. It was named after Dösemealti Village although the village is far. It is an EBA II settlement. It takes place in the registered archaeological sites list prepared by Ministry of Culture and Tourism. |
