The site is approximately 8 km. northeast of Eceabat on the rockies near the shore. The area is locally known as Boyaci It was discovered by D. French during his survey in the region. The sherds collected from the surface resemble Besiktepe Late Chalcolithic and Kumtepe I a sherds. Sea shells were reported to be common on the surface. However; during the survey conducted by Özdogan; no Chalcolithic pottery was recovered. Code H 2/17. It takes place in the registered archaeological sites list prepared by Ministry of Culture and Tourism.
