| The mound; which is flooded by Karakaya Dam reservoir was located in the vicinity of Sinanli Village; east-southeast of Yazihan District of Malatya. It was discovered by M. Özdogan during Lower Euphrates Basin Survey in 1977 and dated to EBA. |
