It is located within the Aril Village of the Sehit Kamil District in Gaziantep. Situated on the former Gaziantep-Nizip motorway, it has an altitude of 766 m with a dimension of 400x400x40 m. It maintained a strategical position on the natural and ancient road to Zeugma. Material from the Late Chalcolithic, EBA, 2nd and 1st Millenia BC and Classical and Middle Ages were collected from the surface and slopes. The top of the mound was trimmed and afforested. The slopes have been heavily damaged due to intense removal of the soil. The skirts also have been permanently damaged due to intense structuring and the mound gets smaller day by day.
