It is situated in Balimsultan Village of Çorum Province center and was discovered during the Çorum and Çankiri Provinces Survey performed by T. Sipahi and T. Yildirim in 2007. Based on the research Roman and EBA period sherds are found on the slopes of a hill which start at the village's borders. The land contains rocky spots and a rough, stony surface. The material were dispersed on a wide area. There is a trigonometrical station on the hill. There is a variety of EBA sherds. Besides these sherds with transformation references were observed between EBA and 2nd Millenium BC [Yildirim-Sipahi 2009:93].
