It is situated 300 m southwest of Asagipirbeyli - Yarikkaya road and 2.5 km west of Asagipirbeyli in Emirdag District of Afyonkarahisar Province. It was discovered during the survey performed by Ö. Koçak et al. in 2007. The mound is 245 m long in southeast- northwest direction, 230 m long in northeast-southwest direction. Its height is 10 m. EBA and Roman-Byzantine sherds were collected during the surveys [Koçak 2009:56]. |
