It is situated in Esenbel Village of Patnos District in Igdir Province. It is in Patnos Plain. It was researched within the scope of "Van, Agri and Igdir Provinces Survey" performed by A. Özfirat et al. in 2007. The sherds that were collected belong to Kura-Aras tradition and three main ware groups were identified. The grey-black burnished, brown-clay and two color ware. These are mostly slipped the same color as their paste, coarse or mid grit tempered, badly baked, burnished and hand made. The main characteristics of the two color burnished ware is that the black vessels contain clkay or cream colored rims and necks therefore nedd different baking techniques. All ware groups are not that different based on their forms, the common bowls are basic, with rims wide open, and the ones with round body and drawn rims. The jugs contain straight rims, long necks or closed rims and round bodies. The ornamentation consisted of geometric figures that were usually made by chiseling and then there are Nakhjavan type of handles. Coded (M68/6) [Özfırat 2009:346-347].
