It is situated in the Iskenderun Gulf of Hatay. It was investigated by G. Lehmann et al. in 2006. It was dated to Persian-Hellenistic and Hellenistic periods [Lehmann et al. 2008:177]. Extensive and dense concentration of pottery and roof tiles scattered on a hill (170x290 m). Rock installations were visible on areas with flat exposed rock surface. Among the pottery are many sherds of storage jars. A few basalt fragments are scattered over the site [Lehmann et al. 2008:177]. |
