It is situated in the Çeperli Village of Kagizman District in Kars Province. It was researched during the Erzincan-Erzurum, Kars-Igdir Provinces Survey performed by Ceylan et al. in 2006. Although the fortress bears the characteristics of an Iron Age architecture the EBA sherds are plentiful [Ceylan et al. 2008:137]. |
