| It is situated in the Center District of Osmaniye Province. It was researched during the Surveys at Osmaniye Province and districts by F. Tülek et al. in 2005. Hand made burnished and wheel made sherds and spindl whorls were collected during the survey. The sherds that belong to Chalcolithic, EBA, and MBA are similar to the specimens found at Tarsus Gözlükule, which contain red painted cross figure decorations and Hellenistic, Roman period specimens which suggest the mound possesses a wide range of periods [Tülek 2008:306]. |
