It is located within the borders of the evacuated Basak Village in the Silopi District of Sirnak. It lies 4 km north of the district center of Silopi. It was discovered by G. Kozbe et al. during the Sirnak Survey conducted in 2006. Moderate number of sherds were collected from the surface [Kozbe 2008:178]. |
