It is located at the Yukari Quarter; north of the Güdüslü Village of the Aydin Province. The survey conducted by Akdeniz in 1995 yielded a heavily destructed section and remains from the Roman were identified on the surface. Also reported are the presence of graves inside the water channels; 2 km south of the village [Akdeniz 1997:242]. It appears in the Aydin Culture Inventory which was achieved after the surveys organized by the Aydin Province Culture and Tourism Directorship in 2012. It is a square planned chamber grave belonging to Hellenistic Period. It has a flat roof and neatly cut-stone blocks and marbles were used as building material. The dromos has been demolished and the burial chamber is empty. |
