It was researched within the scope of " Çorum; Çankiri Provinces Survey" by T. Yildirim; and T. Sipahi in 2005. It was found that a single storey house was built by using light material; without the use of a foundation pit; just by levelling the top of a projecting land on plain ground. The projection is currently 2-3 m high. The EBA pottery unearthed during the levelling; was partially spreaded on to the slopes of the projection. There are some tile fragments; and cinder around the house as well. It is found that there was a small size EBA settlement in the area. Although the projection level was decreased by 2 m in order to place a house; no destruction or illicit digging took place due to the closed structure of the house and its environs to the exterior [Yildirim-Sipahi 2007:342]. |
