It is a fairly large mound that lies 600 m west of Bozhöyük Municipality; southeast of Ihsaniye District; north of Afyonkarahisar Province. It is approximately 200x150 m in diamensions and 20 m in height. It was first documented during the survey conducted by J. Mellaart. It is an EBA II settlement. It takes place in the registered archaeological sites list prepared by Ministry of Culture and Tourism. The site was re-documented in 2005 during the fieldwork of Phygrian Valley Tourism Zone Project. |
