The settlement is located on the 1 km northeast of the Şar Village; in Tufanbeyli District of Adana. During the survey conducted by K.S. Girginer flakes; blades; cores and some fragments of silex and obsidian; retouched blades; nibbled flakes dated to Neolithic Age were found. Besides these finds; pottery of EBA and two potsherds dated to the 2nd millenium BC were also found. There are Roman Period pottery as well as architectural remains around the water spring near the site. |
