Small number of chipped stone fragments locate on the ridges east of Hamduni Stream which joins Tigris River by passing through Kesmeköprü III Village; southeast of Batman. 1 biface tool;1 disc shaped core and flakes found during the survey conducted by H. Taskiran in 2004. They are dated to Lower and Middle Palaeolithic. Researchers reported that it is not perfectly a findspot. Code T62/8 [Taskiran 2006:210]. |
