| It lies at the wide area called Asintepe Ridge betweeen Kadirsevün Stream and Hamduni Stream which extends north to East Raman Mountain; 3 km northeast of Kesmeköprü II (Kiliç Quarter) Village; sotheast of Batman. Palaeolithic chipped stone tools were found during the survey conducted by H. Taskiran in 2004. There are 5 biface tools and 12 cores among the finds. They are dated to the end of Lower Palaeolithic and Middle Palaeolithic. Code T62/7 [Taskiran 2006:210]. |
