The mound lies 1.6 km southwest of Saraydüzü Village; 1.7 km northwest of Ismailköy Village; approximately 10 km north of Afyonkarahisar Province. It locates in the fields north of Ismailköy-Gecek road. The site was documented in 2005 during the fieldwork of Phygrian Valley Tourism Zone Project. Lots of potsherds dated to EBA and Roman Period were found. It takes place in the registered archaeological sites list prepared by Ministry of Culture and Tourism. |
