It is 5 km far from Tsaburun near the Mount Agri in Igdir. It was inscribed on a stone block. It reads; "Egemen olan tanrı Haldi'ye İşpuinoğlu Minua bu binayı eksiksiz (?) yaptırdı (ve) bir kale eksiksiz (?) yaptırdı. (Oraya) 'Minuahinili' adını verdi. Tanrı Haldi büyüklüğüyle İşpuinoğlu Minua, güçlü kral, Biainili ülkesinin kralı (ve) Tuşpa şehrinin hükümdarı(dır)." |
