It lies between two roads 250-300 m northwest of the worksite of Turkey Oil Company at Mount Raman; 2 km southeast of Karayün Village; south of Batman Province. The finds are dense at the eastern slopes of the mound. 6 bifacial tools; 21 cores and 17 flake-blades dated to Lower-Middle Palaeolithic are found during the survey conducted by H. Taskiran in 2003. Survey code is S61/64. |
