It lies on the southern slopes of Mount Raman that face Tigris valley; south of Batman Province. The flint finds collected during the survey conducted by H. Taskiran in 2003 are generally dated to Middle Palaeolithic. There is a small Micoque axe and lots of flakes which some of them are retouched and side scrapers and some notched and denticulated tools among the finds. There is also a flaked Levallois core found. Survey code is S61/59. |
