| It is located 4.5 km northeast of Harran; south-southeast of Sanliurfa. It measures 200 m in diameter and rises about 10 m above the plain level. It is also known as Tilkicik. It was investigated by N. Yardimci during the survey of Harran Plain. The fine wares with fine sand temper; painted wares; and black burnished coarse wares represent the EBA. The other finds belong to the Chalcolithic Age; 2nd and 1st millennium BC; Roman and Medieval-Islamic periods |
