Badly damaged and very broad and shallow mound; discovered by M. Özsait in 1987; lies approximately northeast of Isparta; 2 km south of Sarkikaragaç; 1 km west of Beyköy village. It is a low mound. The collected finds date to the Early Chalcolithic Age 1. Sherds are of gritty; organic; limestone tempered; light brown slipped; burnished ware. There are also EBA 1-2 ceramics recovered from the surface. It takes place in the registered archaeological sites list prepared by Ministry of Culture and Tourism. |
