The mound of Haci Musa is located between the villages of Elmali and Haci Musa; about 15 km southeast of the province of Çorum. It measures 150x100x7 m and lies on a natural hill. The majority of the surface finds collected in 2002 during the survey of T. Yildirim and T. Sipahi belong to the EBA. A small number of silex tools was also fund. The ceramics collected from the southeastern slope include monochrome Iron Age examples. It takes place in the registered archaeological sites list prepared by Ministry of Culture and Tourism. |
