It lies in the locality known as Çift Gözeler or Masatlik; 1 km northeast of the village of Tepecik; in the district of Pasinler; province of Erzurum. It was discovered in 2002 during the survey conducted by M. Karaosmanoglu; M. Isikli and B. Can . It is also known as Hekabat. The settlement area leans against the mountains that form the southern border of the plain. From the section that was cut due to the construction of a road it was determined that the site was occupied during the EBA. |
