It is located about 1 km southwest of BalçikhisarI; south of the village of Balçikhisar; 30 km southeast of the district of Haymana in the province of Ankara. The mound measures 228 m in north-south and 277 m in east-west direction. There is a 5 m high terrace on the eastern foot. It was discovered by H. Ertem in 1990 and revisited in 1992 during the survey of Central Anatolia conducted by S. Omura. EBA; MBA and Iron Age sherds were collected. |
