It is located 2 km southeast of the village of Bahriye in the district of Bogazliyan; province of Yozgat. It is a mound in the shape of a cut cone measuring 165 m in diameter and 23 m in height. It was discovered in 1990 during the surveys conducted in the Central Anatolia under the leadership of S. Omura. It is reported that the collected EBA sherds are of Alisar III type. Materials dating to the Classical periods are in majority. |
