The mound is located 1 km east of the district of Kaman in the province of Kirsehir. It measures 80 m in diameter and 9.5 m in height. The foots were destroyed during construction activities. There is a water source to its west. It was discovered in 1986 during the Survey of Kirsehir Province conducted by S. Omura. It is reported that EBA and Iron Age materials were seen abundantly on the surface. A pithos dating to the Byzantine Period was found on the foot. It takes place in the registered archaeological sites list prepared by Ministry of Culture and Tourism. |
