There are ruins of a small church in the lower terrace. During the Kilikia Survey conducted in 1951; sherds covering all settlements from the EBA to the Roman Period as well as figurines in obsidian and terra cotta were collected from the surface. M.V. Seton Williams proposes that the burnished red and black ware out of those finds can be dated to the EBA.
