It lies northeast of Köprülü Village; east of Yalak Village; about 15 km northeast of Ceyhan District and Adana Province. North of the mound passes the road to the village and a watering channel. It is located next to the road running from the Ceyhan-Kadirli motorway to Yalaközü Village. It measures 15 m in height. Samples of the red and black burnished ware collected from the surface are dated to EBA. Samples of the metallic ware recovered are identified as EBA by J. Mellaart as well. Also; the presence of Hittite and Iron Age settlements has been attested. It takes place in the registered archaeological sites list prepared by Ministry of Culture and Tourism.
