It is located on the eastern entrance of Terlemez Village; west of Gülsehir District; northwest of Nevsehir Province. The southern part is 6 m high while the northern part is 25 m. Adjacent to it; there is a dried channel. The fresh water spring on the west; probably; met the water requirements of the inhabitants. It was discovered in 1997 by S.Y. Senyurt. Materials dating from the Chalcolithic Age; the EBA; the MBA and the Iron Age were collected from the surface. No further information is provided about the EBA pottery. It takes place in the registered archaeological sites list prepared by Ministry of Culture and Tourism. |
