| It is located in a field belonging to Ahmet Kiliç (in 1961) on the southern bank of the Karasu Stream; 2.4 km southeast of Güzelova; north-northeast of Erzurum Province. It is small and flat mound measuring 3 m in height and 75x50 m in dimensions. It is hard to recognize the mound due to its location in the field. It was discovered in 1960's. The excavation team of Güzelova carried out a small sounding and only sherds of EBA were collected from the surface. A skeleton in hocker position was recovered. |
